Bijou Blossoms strives to keep its customers satisfied and always offers completely FREE shipping worldwide on all orders with no minimum purchase amount required! 30-day returns after receipt with no restocking fees (buyer must pay return shipping unless product damaged or defective.)

Beauty products will typically dispatch within 2 business days of receiving payment, however, this can occasionally take longer for order processing so please allow up to 7 business days if it has not dispatched right away.

Order processing times are as follows:
Beauty - 1-3 business days average
Clothing - 1-7 business days average

Most countries have an average delivery time of 10-20 business days

Please allow a few business days for the initial scan to update if the data is not yet available, it may not update immediately. Shipments are picked up on a daily schedule and are scanned in after processing through the receiving center.

*Most countries average 7-20 business days for delivery and you should expect at least 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.* 
 

It is not uncommon for there to be a gap in days to weeks between scans as your package is in transit and crossing between countries. Once your order has arrived in its destination country, typically you can also track your order via your domestic postal service (such as USPS or Australia Post.)

You will receive an email, messenger, or push notification(s) once your order(s) have shipped, depending on your subscription notification preferences. 

Most orders ship via ePacket to all countries available. ePacket is a China Post EMS product and relies on the international postal services (USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.) and your daily mail carrier for delivery.

Depending on your location, ePacket delivery may not be available and we will send international standard shipping with the next most reliable service with tracking information.

Mainland China orders are typically shipped via YTO Express or SF Express.

 

*Shipping Address Changes: 
Unfortunately, we can not change your shipping address between countries once your order has been dispatched.

If there is a typo or error (such as a missing apartment number,) usually once the package has arrived in the destination country, the domestic postal service can be contacted to update or hold a package.
If your order can not be delivered, once it has been returned to us then the order will be refunded. You may place an order with the correct address but we will need to have the original parcel returned for a refund. 

If you will be traveling while your package is in transit, please make arrangements with your local post office to hold or collect it in your absence.*

*To Residents of Mainland China purchasing Beauty products:

YTO Express Service

Please ensure you submit your shipping address in Chinese if your order is being delivered to an address in mainland China. All other orders please write your shipping address in English. All orders must include a valid telephone number. We must be able to verify your information for the shipment. 

Orders to mainland China will dispatch via YTO Express or (possibly SF Express if in Beijing until further notice) which delivers usually within a week after our processing time average of 3 business days (this can go up to 7 business days depending on the queue and if address verification is required.) Orders may still be subject to standard shipment with standard international shipping times depending on stock so if your order is not sent with a YTO or SF Express number, expect an average time of 16-26 days and allow at least a few weeks.

USA Orders

*Please note, only orders marked 'USA Stock Available' will ship domestically, otherwise please expect a couple weeks for your package to arrive*

USA orders ship by USPS or e-packet, which is a US postal service product, depending on item stock location. USA orders dispatched from our USA warehouses will typically take 1-3 business days for handling, and will ship by USPS First Class which typically delivers within 2-7 business days, orders dispatched from our China or Singapore warehouses usually take between 7 and 20 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time due to customs or other various circumstances during transit.

US orders currently dispatch from Yiwu, China and are delivered domestically through USPS. Some orders may dispatch from USA if stock is available but it is currently limited. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 45 days.

Worldwide:

*Orders will not be shipped from February 9th through February 23rd* 

 International orders average between 7 and 25 days to arrive at their destination but sometimes can take up to 40 business days depending on your location and other various factors such as customs review in some countries.

Generally, expect at least a few weeks to receive your order.

The total fee for international orders does not include taxes, VAT, duties, and import costs for these fees are determined by your country and is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Please note that if you purchase more than one item, your items may not ship out together or arrive at the same time so please do not be alarmed if you receive separate packages for one order. Each package will include a tracking number.

 

Returns

Buy with confidence! Bijou Blossoms wants you to be able to feel good about your purchase, so if there's any issues, defects, flaws, or you just don't like it, you can return your item to us and get your money back. Customer pays return shipping and must provide their own return label unless the item has arrived damaged or defective. No restocking fee!

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days from customer receipt, in unused, unwashed, unworn condition. If the item has been used or is over 30 days from receipt, please submit with an explanation of your issue and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

 

Please note: If your return is due to item arriving damaged or defective, please provide a photo (if possible) of the problem to returns@bijoublossoms.com if you cannot include when opening your return request. Please include your order number in the subject line. We will use this to either issue a replacement item or refund, depending on customer's preference and stock availability.
