Buy with confidence! Bijou Blossoms wants you to be able to feel good about your purchase, so if there's any issues, defects, flaws, or you just don't like it, you can return your item to us and get your money back.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from customer receipt, in unused, unwashed, unworn condition. If the item has been used or is over 30 days from receipt, please submit with an explanation of your issue and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: If your return is due to item arriving damaged or defective, please provide a photo (if possible) of the problem to email@example.com if you cannot include when opening your return request. Please include your order number in the subject line. We will use this to either issue a replacement item or refund, depending on customer's preference and stock availability.

Are there any charges for return?
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, except in the event of a damaged or defective item, in which case the item will be replaced at no expense to the buyer. Photo proof is required to verify damage or defect otherwise.
How do I return?
- Please go to our returns page at bijoublossoms.myreturnscenter.com to begin your return through our system or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line, and include your reason for return and any applicable photos.
- If using our return system, enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start a Return'
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 business days.
- Refunds generally take 5-7 business days for the credit to process from our payment processor, and after the funds have been processed to your original method of payment, the time it takes for the refund to become available funds in your account will vary depending on your financial institution.
How do I cancel my order?
Simply message email@example.com and include your order number with your request to cancel, preferably with a subject line stating Cancel Order - BIJOU*(your order number.)
We will process your cancel request and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24 hours.
